Educational Qualification:-

 Qualification for Jharsuguda District Court Recruitment 2021

For the post of Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist and Jr. Typist :-

• The Candidate Minimum Educational Qualification 12Th Pass Act, 1982 or equivalent examination
• The Candidate Must have passed  Diploma in Computer Application from a  recognized institute. minimum speed of 40 words per minute.

 For the post of Jr. Stenographer (Grade-III) :- 

The Candidate Minimum Educational Qualification 12Th Pass Act, 1982 or equivalent examination

The Candidate Must have passed  Diploma in Computer Application from a  recognized institute.

80 words per minute and typing in English with a speed of 40 words per minute.

Syllabus for each subject of the written test shall be as follows: 

(i) English 

(a) An essay to be written in English, 

(b) A letter or an application to be written in English, 

(c) An Odia passage is to be translated into English, 

(d) An English passage is to be translated into Odia, 

(e) Summary of one English passage. 

 

Document:-

1. challan in original showing deposit of Rs.100/- for UR/SEBC/OBC
2. certificate and mark sheet
3. +2 examination or equivalent or equivalent certificate
4. HSC or equivalent certificate with mark sheet 
5. Two character certificates in original issued by Gazetted Officers/Medical practitioner / Sarapancha etc.
6. 4 recent passport size photographs
7. Three self addressed envelops duly affixed with postage stamp of Rs.22/-
8. caste certificate (For SC / ST and SEBC candidates).
9. Copy of self attested disability certificate issued by the competent authority (for physically handicapped candidates).
10. Copy of self attested certificate / Identity Card of Sports Persons /Ex serviceman.  

Last Date of Receipt of Application:-

Application along with the required documents and self attested copies of certificates  candidates shall be sent to the District Judge, Jharsuguda by Post so as to reach in the Office of the District Judge positively on or before 5.00 P.M on 03.08.2021. The candidates may also drop their application form on the “Application Drop Box” kept in the Office of the Registrar, Civil Courts, Jharsuguda. The application received
